In honour of it being National Peach Month in America we have come up with a delicious Peach Breakfast Smoothie to celebrate🍑

 


•250 ml Nutty Health Vanilla Milk
•1 Large ripe Frozen Banana
•1 Large Peach
•3-4 cubes of ice

•30ml Rolled Oats
•Optional - pinch of cinnamon and a teaspoon of honey for extra sweetness.

•150ml strong coffee (chilled) or 1 shot of espresso

•1 very ripe Frozen Banana
•50ml Rolled Oats
•Cinnamon to taste

LOADED WITH ANTIOXIDANTS, THIS SMOOTHIE CONTAINS ALL YOU NEED FOR A MAJOR SKIN BOOST. Spirulina,increases skin metabolism, it neutralizes free radicals and other toxins that cause premature signs of aging. Berries are full of Vitamin C that can give you youthful looking skin and brighten up dull or sun-damaged skin. Chia Seeds contain omega-3 fatty acids which also reduce inflammation and dryness, and increase circulation

•Handful of frozen Blackberries & Blueberries (or any berry combo)

•handful of ice and blend!

Sprinkle some raw cacao on top for an extra antioxidant boost. .

Papayas contain an enzyme called papain that aids digestion; and is also high in fiber and water content, both of which help to prevent constipation and promote regularity and a healthy digestive tract

•250ml PURE almond milk,

•1 frozen banana

•1/2 cup papaya

•Squeeze of fresh lime

•Vanilla protein powder

•handful of ice and blend!

TROPICAL PAPAYA SMOOTHIE

What's better on a hot summer day than a homemade iced coffee?

Brew 1 pot of good, strong coffee and place in fridge until chilled. 

When ready, pour your iced coffee in a cup, add some ice and a dash of our Pure almond milk. We also like to sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top which helps lower blood sugar levels, and is a powerful Anti-Inflammatory.
